Largest Storage Device to date - excluding the Human Brain.

What a remarkable—and at times sobering—era to be living in. The pace of innovation continues to amaze me. Our pursuit of faster, bigger, and more powerful technology seems almost boundless. Now IBM has introduced a storage device capable of holding 120 petabytes of data —that’s roughly 24 million MP3 files , or about 120,000,000 gigabytes for those who think in those terms. It makes you pause and wonder… who will be the first to step up and fill such a digital “black hole”?

Little Cottonwood Creek , a photo by jbdavies on Flickr. Didn't know this existed. Nice shot. Plan a little excursion there. I'd say this was about 10-20 second exposure at f16-22. Could have some NDs on this to, and of course a tripod.
